Order Concerns

How do I register for Lifetime Warranty?

Go to https://beeneatproducts.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. Input your First and Last Name, Order ID, and Email Address then wait for a confirmation email. We recommend registering upon order.


Important Note: Please make sure to register the product within 72 hours after receiving the order at the latest. Registrations after the 72-hour window WILL NOT be accepted and all damages, missing parts, defective claims will be considered under customer abuse, mishandling, and negligence.   

What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?

Our Lifetime Warranty covers all manufacturing defects, damages, and missing parts. Please send us a message at support@beeneatproducts.com (be sure to include photos and/or videos as proof and for faster assistance) and we'd be more than happy to replace the item or send you the missing part for FREE.  

Important Note: We DO NOT replace or refund items that were damaged due to customer abuse, mishandling, and negligence. 

When does the Lifetime Warranty start?

Lifetime Warranty starts as soon as you receive the confirmation email (usually a few minutes after registration).

How do I track my order?

To track your package, you can go to this link and input your Order Number and Email Address or just the Tracking Number.

How long does shipping take?

We usually ship out orders as soon as possible. However, please allow us up to 14 business days to get your item(s) delivered. You can also track your package via this link. We appreciate your patience! 

Returns & Cancellations

Received a defective or damaged item?

Oh no! We're more than happy to replace the item(s) ASAP and for FREE. 

Please make sure the item(s) is registered for Lifetime Warranty. Then send us a message at support@beeneatproducts.com and include photos and/or videos for proof and faster assistance. 

Can't complete installation because of a missing part?

Oh no! We're more than happy to send the missing part(s) ASAP and for FREE.

Changed your mind about an order?
That's a bummer. Please send us a message at support@beeneatproducts.com and we'll do our best to retract the order. 

However, once your order has been shipped out, we're afraid we'll have to wait for your order to arrive. We're hopeful that you can find good use to it when it gets there though!

Where do your products come from?

To ensure shorter delivery times, we partnered with multiple warehouses and fulfillment centers here in the US and other international countries. The items are shipped out from the nearest warehouse to your delivery address.
